OASIS Desktop

OASIS Desktop is a traditional client-server application that allows businesses to keep all their data in-house and manage their users according to their needs. As a company, you™ll need a database and user licenses to get started. A database stores and organizes all of your information while a license allows users to access. Your team will need as many licenses as you have users accessing the software, but a license isn™t tied to a user forever.

Think of it like seats on a bus (licenses) and passengers (users). In the same way that only one passenger can sit in a single bus seat at a time, only one user can use an OASIS license at a time. If someone relinquishes an OASIS license, another user will be able to use it to access the software. It takes two weeks for one users™ account to be relinquished from a license. We strongly suggest purchasing enough licenses for your full team to have access to the software.

There are discounts on additional licensing if you purchase in bulk or reach thresholds of total licenses owned. That breakdown is as follows: 20-29 (5%), 30-39 (10%), 40+ (15%)

OASIS Online

The web version of OASIS, O4, is billed based on tiers which correlate to your user count and database size. There is also a discount running on the web version of OASIS while we are working to get it completed that correlates to the amount of O4 that we are still working on. That discount will also be reflected in your official quote.

For firms that are smaller and just getting started with OASIS, you can access our simple start program, which is designed for one to three users and up to 75 GB of database storage. Simple start doesn't have some of the folio functionality that the full version of OASIS Online has, and is not eligible for the completion discount.
